He is passionate about building a team of knowledgeable agents while facilitating a vibrant working atmosphere. Gaurav Gambhir began his career as a Philadelphia real estate agent in 2002 after graduating from Drexel University, where he studied Computer Science, Business and Mathematics. The analytical skills he gained through his studies provided a solid foundation for his first job in a real estate company as a Network Administrator. 25+ years after he learned his love for the real estate business, he now owns companies specializing in Real Estate sales, rental / leasing, luxury sales division, SFR and Multi family property management, investment acquisitions, renovations, property and auto insurance and title insurance along with few others. His goal has always been to create an End to End platform to provide solutions to his clients for their real estate journey now and in future. As an active real estate agent himself, Gaurav believes that staying engaged in the market and on top of industry trends is essential to growing and maintaining a successful business. Gaurav has an expansive knowledge and perspective on real estate that covers many specialties which benefits his clients whether they are looking to rent, sell, buy, invest, build, in the luxury or mainstream markets. Gaurav has been a proud resident of Philadelphia since 1997. He currently lives in the Art Museum neighborhood with his family and enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants and experiencing the many cultural and historical offerings of the city. Philadelphia has been the city to allow Gaurav to build his American dream and now he wants to give back.
